  Q1. What exactly do you do?  
     
 
We sell online advertising packages which include a website, a unique phone number, (at least one) pay per click campaign, directory listings, reports and analytics and a money back guarantee. In plain English- we make your business show up on the first page of Google so you get sales leads
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q2. What if my business is not listed on the left?  
     
 
That’s okay. We may still approve you. The key thing is that the system works best for businesses which get “repeat” business – like dentists, chiropractors, spas etc. The system also works for businesses which may have one-time sales but who make a great deal of money on the one-time sale.   Q3. Why is it that you only accept companies with repeat business or large one-time sales?  
     
 
Because in order to encourage visitors to your landing page to fill out the contact form (and thus become a sales lead for you), we’re going to have to give them an incentive (50 percent off first visit, free adjustment, etc). So if you never see (or at least some of) them again, you won’t make any dough off them, and that’s not what we’re all here for, right?
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q4. What if I already have a website?  
     
 
Well, if you like it (your present website), you can do one of two things. You can have us retro-fit it with a landing page with the same “look and feel” as your website. The new landing page will have its own phone number and it is to this page which we will drive traffic.
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q5. That all sounds great, but what the hell’s a landing page?  
     
 
A landing page is a page within a website (or a one-page website) which contains a call to action (Fill out the form!) and a contact form where visitors put their name, email, etc. That information gets emailed to you and that’s how you get sales leads (unless they call you on the phone).
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q6. Why do I need a new phone number?  
     
 
You need a new phone number (we pay for it) so we can track all the calls which come into that number. This way, at the end of each month, we can prove to you that all the calls that came into that number (we save and record every call) came about as a result of the efforts of My Local Leads. We also have records of all the emailed leads where people filled out the form.
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q7. My business is not “local”. It’s national (or regional). Can you still help me?  
     
 
Yes, we (probably) can. This is where we cut our teeth (national businesses). To be honest, we just specialize in local online advertising because it is the fastest growing segment of advertising and we’ve got kids to feed, too.
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q8. What’s with the money-back guarantee? Do you really give me my money back if I want?  
     
 
Yes. Well, sort of. What we’re really guaranteeing is that you won’t lose money with us. Since we have all the leads (phone and email) that we get for you, we can project the value of those leads. We subtract the value of these leads from how much money you’ve given to us and, if you demand, we make up the difference. Of course, if you do that, we boot you from our system. Most people love us so we get very few requests for refunds (i.e. none).
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q9. I paid thousands of dollars for my website. Nobody goes to it and I hate it. What should I do?  
     
 
Bite the bullet. Cut the cord. Kill it. It will be the best thing you ever do. Actually, you can keep it. We’ll just drive traffic to your new one.

We drive traffic (visitors) to your website through pay per click advertising, directory listings, pay per call listings and social networking (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q11. Do I have to learn anything or do anything? I don’t have any time as it is.  
     
 
There is nothing you have to do or learn, period. Just be prepared to answer the phone (and emails) and close sales. We do everything else for you.
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q12. What if I want out?  
     
 
You sign a 3 month contract. After, that, you can leave whenever you want (it’s month to month). There are some procedures you need to follow if you leave. See the terms of use at the bottom of the home page.
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q13. If I leave, who gets the website?  
     
 
You do. We transfer it to you. If you want, we will continue to host the site.
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q14. How much is it for you to continue to host the site?  
     
 
The same amount as your entire monthly advertising budget when you were with us

  Q15. What does “hosting” mean, anyway?  
     
 
It’s just a term the internet industry came up with so companies like ours can charge you for keeping your website on our server. Think of it as a fee for “keeping your website up on the internet” and you’re in the ballpark.
 
 
 
 
     
 
  Q16. If I fill out the form, will you bother me with phone calls and emails for the rest of my life?  
     
 
No. We contact you just once. We ask if we can help you or answer any questions. If you say, “no” we track you down and beat you up and steal your wallet and sign you up anyway… Actually we say thanks and you will never hear from us again.
